He's referring to the glitch that you get loot-locked for the week if you're the last person in the instance who didn't pass.

This lockout glitch I hope is also going to get fixed, I haven't seen it yet but I imagine it must suck.

What's the lockout glitch? I make a point to never run CT and find myself unawares

Somehow people are able to glitch the last boss so everyone is locked out and the instance cannot be finished... So a ton of people looking for "In-progress" will get into the messed up one...

The a-hats are also staying in the instance until people stop queueing up for it keeping it open...

To troll... and I'm convinced that ultimately it was to stick it to the people who just need the last couple of bosses and didn't have time for the whole dungeon, or need only gear from the last half.

I imagine that's why they feel justified doing it right? Not that it's acceptable, just all I could come up with.

I guess it could be reverse trolling. I ran a CT yesterday, and we spent no less than 15 minutes waiting for people attempting to join in-progress, then dropping once they realize it's fresh. After they fix that glitch, they should consider fixing the issue with people dropping an instance because it wasn't 2/4. Withdrawing 3 times in a 30 minute period should yield a lockout for the duration of the content you're attempting to run.

I agree 100%. I hit my in progress button this morning and got into CBM on low level roulette just as the party was giving up, so there's definitely a reason to not have a penalty...at first. But there definitely needs to be recourse against people who just drop over and over again.
