did they change main scenario roulette?Follow

I read a site that said main scenario roulette only does castrum or praetorium .. but Im sure wen roulettes first came out i did Ifrit story mode a few times in a roulette also seen someone on this very board post that you can get cape westwind so (though ive never seen it happen myself) sooo which piece of information is right?

Patch notes says Main Scenario roulette is just CM and Prae. It lists Cape Westwind as being part of the Low Level roulette.
