ok, one of my friends is trying to atone to the ifrit HM crystal, and although it says "complete" and "ifrit HM has been added to the duty finder", the quest will not end and the fight is not put in his duty finder.
ive searched but couldn't find anything related to this fight for this issue.
if any one could help that would be really appreciated

Have them check their inventory to make sure they have empty space. Not sure if this is the problem but seen this as a response many times to this question.

He just needs to queue up and win. Then go back and talk to the guy in Waking Sands

Guess you missed reading his post, his DF isn't updating therefore can't que up for the dungeon.
