Will keeping 1.0's levels do more harm than good?

There was a rash of Powerleveling, yes. Then it died down very much and only picked up right at the end of the server, with people trying to level last minute jobs before we couldn't do it any longer.

I only PL'd Whm from 20ish to 40ish and did Natalan parties the rest of the way. It was just hard to level whm through leves and parties didn't exist much until 40, sadly ;;

And there was a stigma amongst other players regardling PLs. There was one LS on my server that was SO notorious for it that I would leave any event parties with these members (not for any other reason than they were bad players). It was a huge ls (broken into 2 ls's because it ws so big) and their members were just... the worst players. They really epitomized the power-leveling stereotype.
