I've seen real boobs and fake boobs. I actually didn't really notice they move in slow motion because I don't really spend all that much time staring at them. It's good for a giggle during character creation, but beyond that... the game is more fun to play than it is to ogle over.
It doesn't bother me that they don't have motion consistent with real breasts because it's a video game. If you were going to play shocked over something there that you wouldn't normally see IRL I'd point at the horns and tails first.
Anyway, who cares about the Humans, Castanics and High Elves bewbeez...
