It only took, what..., a decade?

Greetings multi-taskers!

As long as your PCs are up to par with the recommended specs, you will be able to ALT+TAB safely out of full-screen mode without the game crashing.

I haven't heard news this good since the first time I heard it... in 1990 Smiley: sly

Seriously though, this is another well placed step in the right direction. Dare I say it; keep up the good work SE!

The next step is having the settings in-game instead of in a separate program.

AMEN to that. And, for the love of all that is holy, please allow my controller to reconnect IN-GAME if it disconnects for a second. Right now if my wireless xbox gamepad dies for a second you have to completely exit the game, turn on the controller, and start the program again. How annoying....

So much this... I usually give up tweaking my settings on each PC I run the game on and just settle for what seems to net a decent FPS with the visuals I want. If the settings were in game I know I could push a few areas and tweak alot better.
