No one can really say unless you provide some insight as to what you're going to be using it for. Since you're posting in a XIV forum for advice on it, I'll assume you want to run XIV on it. Unfortunately, until ARR is released and people get to test it, no one will be able to tell you how well it'll perform for this particular game.
Generally, this is a solid build. If I had to make a blind estimate, I'd say you have too much rig. Good if you're going to be playing other games that will push the limits of your hardware, but since XIV is being tuned down for PS3, you probably won't take full advantage of what you have on XIV alone.

Also I would like to be able to run sim city world that`ll be released nezt year.
If this is a little bit too much, I would really appreciate it if you could give me some specs.
After all, I am not the richest person in the world.
I am not looking for a al maxed up setting for ff14, but would like to have a decent fps with mid high settings.

Me saying I think that what you have listed is too much is just speculation. Like I said, no one really knows for sure what will be needed to run the game comfortably at relatively high settings and we won't know until the game is released. If you want to get the best bang for your buck then you'll have to wait until after the game is released(to be certain) or at least get some feedback on the beta version(for a closer estimate) to see what you'll need.
I can't really speak on sim city, but generally they tend to keep the specs somewhat low for those games. It's been a while since I've played, but the focus of that game is more on gameplay and not really eye candy.

You can get a geforce gtx 560 instead. It will run FFXIV at the reccomended settings and is $200 cheaper than the GTX 670.
