Am i screwed? (Your SE account has already been cancelled)Follow

So in anticipation to the upcoming ARR release, next year, i have decided to start playing FFXIV, once again. Now, i think it was roughly a year and a half ago, where i set up an account with the SE account Management System, and i also linked my FFXI account as well (I think...). Now, under the assumption, that i simply deactivated my account, when i decided to stop playing FFXIV a while back, i thought i would just be able to simply log in with my account that i initially set up, reactivate and start up my subscription, once again. However, when i try to log in with my user/pass, i get the message above the fields, which states:

Your Square Enix account has already been cancelled.
Please contact the Square Enix Support Centre for details.

I have done what the message suggested, contacted SE by e-mail, stating my situation, this was yesterday. I have not received a response, but after some reading i have done, i don't believe i will. At the time when i "deactivated" my account, i believe i did something that would not enable me, to reactivate my account at all, so it is long gone and no longer in the SE database.

Now, i understand that there is fine print and user agreements that one should read through, before confirming in regards to such things as account creation, and what happens if you perform certain actions within your account. But, SE, is the only company that has implemented this feature, whether it be for security, performance (In terms of keeping records of players in their databases) or whatever, it seems a bit bizarre, that i now have a game, no, 2 games (FFXIV and FFXI) which i cannot play anymore, simply due to my account no longer being retrievable. I can't even create a new account, and register the games that i own, with a that account.

I am a little mad, at myself and SE, i really wanted to start playing this game again, and i refuse to purchase something, that i already have (Which i did for FFXI)

Oh yeah, when i e-mailed SE support, i used another e-mail, that i had not registered with SE account manager, i hope this will not cause any problems.
