Unique weaponsFollow

Is it just me or does it seem like everyone that is lvl 50 has every powerful weapon available? It jus seems as if there is no variety or difficulty in earning unique items. Am I wrong?

Ahhh ok, well that's good to hear. I would hate to think that it was so easy to obtain all the good stuff. What about diversity? Is there enough different high level equipment to support different builds?

SE's recent 'Seals' giveaway meant that everyone, if they wished, can have access to at least one top three of the weapons from each class by standing around a crystal and hitting enter a few times, teleporting and doing the same thing. SE stopped this with the most recent patch though but by that time everyone had done it. You didn't need a linkshell or powerful friends at all for this. Indeed the weapons from the primals are tough to get but once you know the tactics they only remain tough because of the awful drop rate. In Garuda's case SE actually made a tough battle but they balanced it with guaranteed token after each fight. I got all my Iffy and Mog weapons (7/7) with pickup groups wit very little linkshell activity being involved apart from to get member trained up. Now garuda, even with pimped people double/triple melds we find that it's still tough. Obviously the one type of weapon that is still unique and powerful are the relics and even though I am seeing more people with them they are still rare enough.
