It is not in the game currently.

I hadn't heard about level sync before, SO happy. It is a feature I feel every mmo should have and I am so psyched they bring it in for XIV too. Other than that, I mean it looks beautiful and so far the mechanics seem fun and engaging, not much new info, but enough to make it exciting to watch :) Can't wait for more!!! (Also I wish he'd have slipped when talking about the new classes/jobs=P )
