Hi all I'm just wondering if it's possible to play both a botanist and the thaumaturge? I want to play as botanist but go for a blm later.

Help! Thanks

Edit is it as simple as switching weapons? Just been reading the guide.

Yes it is that simple! You can level all classes simply by switching to the corresponding class weapon type.

Thanks. I've started in the forest area. I read that was good to start there being a botanist. Will there be vendors there that sell other weapons?

There's a vendor that sells various starting weapons in each town, yes. I'm not sure where he/she is in Gridania, but he/she is there!
