I have been playing since day 1, and have never spent any points. (I'd probably have way more if there wasn't a cap.) As a result I know ZERO about them.
At this point all I'm interested in is Gil, unless there is some insane BRD or PLD LVL 50 gear I don't know about.
What say you? What would you do?

If you care about XIVpads tracker, do factions you never did before
If you care about the gear set achievements, do the level 50 special mission
If you care about the Colliseum Gear, do the new special mission factions
If you care abou the 100k gil lodestone achievement, find the guide and do it.
Other than that, not really much. You do need faction guildleves for the Relic Weapons, so if RW are in your plans and you don't want to need to get more faction points, you may just save em.
