Rank 12 Conjurer / Level 19 Physical.

I get lvl 12 Conjurer but what does "level 19 physical" mean?

You must be looking at very old information. Physical levels no longer exist and were abolished a few patches ago. Now you're just the level of your class/job only.

It used to be that physical could be higher and give you higher stats on a class lower than your current physical.

It means you're able to communicate many months into the future - that you're a traveller from a realm in which physical levels still exist! Quickly, warn Tanaka!

And to answer your next question, no, even in this time-line we still aren't certain whether the game will succeed.
