I have no problem running this game 30-60 fps on high but for some reason NPC and players wont show up at all no matter how long I wait. They will be there one second look away and back then there gone. Anyone have ideas to why?

I'm using
AMD FX-8120(8x3.1Ghz)
Radeon 7750 HD 1GB
8GB DDR3
