The Core i3 should be acceptable (I'm doing just fine on a lower processor, technically), but you probably need a video card upgrade. Your card is from 2010 and current sells for about $50. Good enough for a lot of games from the last few years, but not the latest and greatest by any stretch.

That said, my card is a Radeon 5670 from 2011, and once I turned down the graphics a notch or two I'm playing without too much judder.
