I figured out how to sort by job for buying stuff, but Selling stuff is confusing and I think I have sold a few weapons that were in use by my fighting jobs (Wizard, Ninja and Brawler stuff).
The bag seems so unwieldy, Is there a way to make certain I am not selling stuff that is for my other jobs without having to open and close the merchant window changing my job each time?
There is too much stuff to organize.
BTW how do I add Items to a collection? I have items that have the message "this item can be added to the ______________(fill in the blank) collection. How do I add it to a collection?
What am I supposed to do with fish? Its in my bag as 'junk'.
I'm so lost when it comes to what I need to keep and what I should sell.
That and the card game makes no sense. (sigh)

Yeah, I agree, I wish there was a better way to organize. I usually end up not selling extra equipment because it's so confusing. At this time, I don't think they have a filter in for selling yet, but I know myself and many others have asked on the official boards many times, so hopefully they'll do that soon. *crosses fingers*
The extra collection items you have are actually duplicates. The first time you get a collection item, it automatically is added for you. If you have more in your extras/junk category, those are duplicates that you can either sell or trade to another player. :)
There's a few fish that can be worn as helmets, but otherwise it seems that they have no purpose at this point.

To calm one fear ... if you have actually equipped an item (to your character or your pet), then it does not show up on the sellable items list.
To calm another ... even if you sell something by mistake, you could submit a ticket and ask a ref if you can get it back. Although I wouldn't try that too often. =)

I had assumed that it was something I was doing making it more difficult than it needs to be. LOL

To update what I wrote before, about asking a ref ... apparently because of the new "confirm sell" feature, refs are no longer willing to return a mistakenly sold item. So if it's something you sold BEFORE the update, you can try asking for it ... otherwise it's a lost cause.
As for the fish in your junk section ... you can just go ahead and sell them. I actually kept ONE of each type, and sold the rest. However, if you have large quantities, you might want to hold off until they fix the "number to sell" issue. It's a pain to have to sell and confirm sell of each and every item, if it's more than a few.
