how to disband group?Follow

ok this is driving me out of my mind... I cannot find a window that will allow me to disband or leave my group. I cannot figure out a key command that will do this. when I join a group with someone I am stuck with them until they or I log off. I want to pull my hair out! does anyone know the correct command?

I think there's an "X" when you hover over your portrait you can click to disband yourself (only did it once so hopefully its accurate!).
