You can get more adventurer/freestyle clothing from the level 1-5 chests in the vault (under the bridge in Sanctuary) by using your Treasure Tickets (those chests cost 10 each, not sure how frequently you have a chance of getting a Freestyle piece of gear though). As for vendors, I've only found Freestyle equipment on the same ones you have in Pixiewood. The job specific ones seem to only have level 19 and 20 gear, and some have level 1 or 5 gear.. but haven't seen any in between. For the most part you're only going to find level 20 items, unfortuneately.

There are some weapons and equipment that are usable at level 1 in the Marketplace (which uses the Station Cash). The weapons are very nice, the armor you can probably find the same/better versions of by simply doing dungeons and encounters (appearance would be the biggest difference).

I seem to recall buying a jeweled collar for my pet during beta, but haven't seen it since on the pet merchants.
