It's sad the way he dodged the community support question and there wasn't any follow-up. From the amount of posts on this board and others, it would be refreshing to have them actually comment on why they don't have their own Tech/Problem forum with their own Tech guys/gals.
Since the last patch, my lag has gone up, and the loading times for everything from booting to flying to scenarios has increased - dramatically.
My only option is to ask someone on a fan board tech forum - what they "think" the problem is - and what they "think" the solution might be....
Or wait.... or try to spend several days on their phone system working my way up the Tech Tier tree that has already cost them so many customers.
I'm seriously considering moving on to something more stable. I like the idea of the gameplay, but I've been overlooking a lot too long to continue to play a game that patches every other day and presents new bugs with each patch. Especially when there's no one at EA/Mythic to speak to. And I don't count their online database as a resource...
