Ok I've been playing now for a week and slowly moving up in rank. I'm r15 pvp14. The problem is I have no seen a vendor sell anything past pvp rank 6. I figured that it was Just that certain vendors sell only up to a certain rank depending on the area and tire you are in. Well the toon I'm playing is a DE and I've traveled from lower t1 area to lower t3 looking for another vendor and have no seen one. I've only seen the two in upper t1 area. Ideas?

The other thing I can't find is some kind of banker or vault. Is there such a thing in this game, and if there is where is one?

tier 2 and up there in keeps.

banks are in the cities.
