I'm having trouble picking up the 500 tailoring quest, the tailor master has told me to speak to Mannuss to get a quest, I go to Mannuss and click on several highlighted words until I come to the keyword (Chances), When I click on it absolutely nothing happens! I have tried relogging, restarting computer etc. Nothing works, I have tried saying Chances to him....nothing at all happens. I know someone else has the problem as I was crafting at the alch table the other day when I heard someone talking to his friend who was having the same, one of them clicked chances and got the quest right away, the other was trying for about 15 minutes then gave up!
Does anyone know anything about this problem? This is the ONLY keyword in the game I have problems with.

I don't know. It seems you have tried the obvious. I just got the quest on my tailor, and had no problems advancing past Mannuss and crafting the item?
What does your quest journal say btw? does it tell you to speak to Mannuss?
the next step is crafting a gossamer woven vest and deliver it to Richael.
