You really don't have to activate anything, just go to one of the battlegrounds and begin fighting the enemy realms. If you are trying to duel, look at the /commands file and see the commands for dueling. Hope this helps

Yes, there are battlegrounds made for specific level ranges -- the teleporters will send you to those. And when you are at or nearing lvl 50, head for the Frontiers (or one of the other areas where the realms can meet -- Darkness Falls, the Passage of Conflict, etc.), where the endgame PvP is fought out endlessly. Just watch your back, and BAF, or 7 or more friends. :)
