Realm vs RealmFollow

Where is a good place to get info on the RvR system. I'm very interested in learning to play this type of PvP, but have alot of questions. I am wondering if there is a Newb guide to RvR out there.

Also, since I'm on the subject of RvR, I am considering playing a Bonedancer or Runemaster, are either of those good for RvR?
