10 days and Premium status is still not activatedFollow

I am still waiting to get access to the premium features that I paid for 10 days ago. I have sent 4 emails and have even gotten the original return email that said I was activated when I never was. If anyone at Allakhazam reads this forum, I either access to the premium features or my money refunded. You have all my information so you know who I am.

It is now over two weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone at Allakhazam about getting my money back or premium access enabled.

I cannot stop the payment as it was against my checking account and the back already posted it.

I think this has to be made much more public in order to get satisfaction. I paid my money as required in order to use the features of this site and so far I have had none of it.

I WANT THE PREMIUM FEATURES I PAID FOR ENABLED NOW !!!!


The site owners know my name, address, phone number, and account name. Why can they not do the right thing?

I finally got access thanks to this thread. I received an email response to my many other emails as well. Everything is now working as promised.

And Katie, if yiu read the first post you would have seen that I did email everyone concerned. It took almost 3 weeks to get access. They decided to extend my membership by 1 month to make up for it.
