i really like it for my fire wiz. its important to me for the casting speed, power pool, acuity cap, power cap, arcane leader ship(which i kinda get from crown of zahaur also), and some times the feather fall.

If you can get a small group of friends with a minstrel and bot it should be easy enough. our minstrel just charmed a pet and when he walked away from his buddies we gave him the box and just kept the pet healed.
