Mythic Lords of Customer Service and QualityFollow

Free Trial -- Didnt load right, had to spend time fixing corrupted files just to create a toon that loaded into game.

Toon loads,game crashes randomly, customer service? Yea 30 minutes of listening to "your wait time will be approx 5minutes" Of course Im paying Long Distance charges for the wait.

Got game to allow me to create a couple toons to see different starting zones for different realms,then ...new files from Mythic load and guess what....cant get into game AGAIN...back to deleting bad files, repatching..hoping to get into game.

For all you folks that say WOW.EQ.EQ2 suck. Guess what I never had any problems loading those, or rolling up a toon or playing the game. Good luck Mythic trying to lure people into playing this craptastic game.

Kudos to sending me corrupted files then telling me on your website how to fix it. BTW why dont YOU fix it first?
And if wait times not really 5 minutes..dont tell waiting customers it is...cancelling my Credit Card account asap.
