Downloaded free 14 trial, installed, ran game, can get all the way to character creation screen and select all options but when character is created and I try to play game system freezes at creation screen. I have checked firewalls and I am stumped by this.

Any clues? Its obviously connecting to system to allow me to create a character just not entering game.
