When will this graft skill come "active"?
if they are not planning it to be usefull, why cant it be removed from the graft list?

Gem cutting never becomes an active skill. Its a burden all SCers must carry. It will always stay around the same level as your actual Spell Crafting so we just gotta be happy when it dings because it brings us one step closer to getting a point where it counts. Smiley: king
