I'm a level 42 grandmaster weapon smith thane on morgan and cannot find any merchants with netherium metal bars or other required items to make netherium weapons. I know the 3 npc merchants that are supposed to have tthem in atlantis but when they open inventory all i see is asterite. is there a minimum level i have to be to be offered netherium weapon making products?
