how do i get a second name for my character?

Go to the Name Registrar and type /lastname XXXXX. If I remember correctly the first time is free, after that it's 10 gold. The NPCs are in TNN and Domnann that I can remember offhand :)

you do need to be lvl 10+ in order to get a last name though

i recently changed my name twice there was no fee. i did it at the registrat in goth
