L keep reading that you can respec at level 20 and 40 but I cann't find any info on how you do this. Any one want to tell me just how you go about it?

From what I have done so far has been the following...as a Therg who put points into wind when I shouldnt have.
When standing in front of your trainer and starting the dialog I typed in /respec windmagic and that eliminated any previous points that had gone into wind and I was able to put them back to earth.
Also you can do /respec realm and that will give you back your realm points if you choose to use them in a different way.
Depending on what character you are, I am sure other people here can guide you in different ways.

You simply to to your trainer and type "/respec", then the trainer will give your further instruction. Keep in mind that it is a single-line respec, meaning that you can only respec 1 item. IE, if you have 18 spec points in shield and reallocate those points, you can't then also reallocate your parry points.
