Whe i have my first 5 realm slill points. On what ability i mean.
I've looked at a couple of them and the one that looked intressting was ignore pain. But how many points is it? 5? :P
Im a lvl 24 scout specced with 15 in slash. All the other scouts use thrust. I got 139 in dex and 106 str when im unbuffed. Shall i get an RAstone to respecc to thrust or go with the slash?

Uh... only level 24? If it were me I'd save my money and reroll (if you can /level). Most scouts I run across use thrust because it goes in relation with dex though. I wouldn't worry about respeccing too much, at a low level its going to make very little difference, just respec at 40... your real damage should be in the bow your shooting anyways, if something has enough life to run up to you after unloading into it, its time to run =)
And you don't want a RAstone, you want a Single Line respec stone or full respec stone, both can be spendy (got a full respec the other week for 2plat and I was quite happy with it).

Not quite sure what you're asking, but IMHO your first realm points should be spent on Falcon Eye 1 and Falcon Eye 2 (falcon eye three doesn't make much more of a difference i've concluded), but to have those you must first have augmented dex 2. Falcon Eye ability increases your chance of shooting mobs and doing critical damage. Don't waste your time on volley (it will be a specline ability in the new frontiers). IP is something you will eventually want to look into, but not this early.
As far as your melee spec, if you take slash to 42 you get the amethyst slash style, arguably the best opening and non-positional attack in albion. If you're a Saracen scout, i'd suggest using thrust as your attack style, because of the Saracen's naturally high dex (thrust's damage is proportional to your dexterity, not your strength).
Many scouts prefer the shield spec, which at 42 you get the Slam style (an opening, non-positional attack that stuns your opponent for 9 seconds) because scouts aren't made to be tanks, and the slam attack allows time to get 1-2 more arrows into your opponents body, or to run away.
Slash or thrust, you're not going to notice much of a difference in damage. Good luck.

Question...what type of weapons are thrusting and what type are slashing
BTW, full respec stones are called excerpise stones. RA ability stones are exergum.
Slash weapons are your longswords, broadswords, ******* swords, axes, falchions, scimitars, jambiyas, short swords, daggers, sabres, etc.
Thrust weapons are your dirks, needles, rapiers, stilettos, impalers, gladius', harpoons, gauches, toothpicks, etc.
When you right click on an item on a merchant list or in your inventory, it will tell you whether that item is a slash, thrust, crush, 2H, polearm weapon.
