Hi There,
I'm new the world of On-line RPG's but am a quick learner. A friend and I have decided on playing DAoC and have determined that Hibernia is the place we want to be. We're looking for good complementary classes to go out and kick some butt in duo format. I assume any tank with healer is a good mix, but what are some other options ? Would a defensive Champion/Mage be a good mix. How about a Nightshade paired with a Druid ? Any other creative suggestions ?

i would suggest a Enchanter/Bard combo. with the bard with mana song and healing abilities chanter can take out up to 20 mobs or even more

I would say that a Champion/Warden or Hero/Warden is wery good for leveling and when you want to RVR you just need a Eldrich and a Mentalist.

I totally agree with the champ/warden mix. My boyfriend plays a 50 warden and I play a 46 champ and it's great. With a warden he can give all the bases, plus can heal a little, has pbt, speed and can help you tank. Playing a healer can get quite boring, so atleast with a warden you have alot of flexablity. Also, for PvE, the champ can put protect and intercept on the warden to distract enemies from hittin the warden :) This mix is so good b/c you can take it to RvR with you too :) Just my suggestion. You didnt say what server you are going to, but if you go to hib/kay ... im Yougot Pwntbyagirl...look me up ill help ya out :)

Enchanter/Bard combo is very good as 1st reply says, but not to clever for rvr, however, champ good tank as is a bm, and also warden good all rounder, but not too clever on quick kills with a warden, he can last the distance, but takes his time i think:)

tank/warden is good, so is chanter/bard.....one i like as tag team is mana chanter/mana mentalist. ment has mana regen, HoT, AoE DoT. chanter has pet, focus pull(slightly nerfed), and Pbaoe. ment also has some healing and CC....just a thought
