Hi everyone,
Having just completed 'One to be Feared', the Ultima fight, been ejected to Lufaise meadows and recieved my Ducal Guard ring I then attempted the next mission 'Chains & Bonds'.
All went well, I did as instructed in wiki, zone into Tav Safehold, Sealion Den & Sewers for cut-scenes however when I go up to the Walnut Door/Despachiaire, no cs but a comment about Ulmia instead.
I note that the wiki mentions, 'This may not be necessary if you have already received the "optional" cutscene regarding Ulmia' ???
I have tried zoning tried the walnut door at different times, even tried starting the next mission but no luck, I need to progress anyone else had this problem ?

I just finished this mission yesterday, and I didn't get a CS from Despachiaire either - he just told me something was up in Prische's quarters so I went there for a cs with Ulmia and Prische. I was able to start the next mission though.

You said you got the CS from Sealions and sewer entrance, but did you get the cutscene at the walnut door at the north side of the top floor?
