Abbysea Tahrongi Quests: Kupipi ProblemFollow

Going crazy, want to complete my Abys-Tahrongi quests, but have a problem with Kupipi. Want to do the quest that requires 3 sanguinets to be traded, but can't get the quest. Every time I talk to her, she says something about "Go out and talk to those people, tell them I sent you"... obviously some quest that I must have started and not finished, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what it is. Anybody have this problem, or any idea what is wrong? Many thanks for any help!!!!

Refuel and Replenish? It's the same problem Konschtat had that they addressed a few months ago, where a quest or line of quests gets blocked because they didn't anticipate how annoying it is to fill a Martello that no one is using.

If it turns out to be this, get like 3 of your friends to use one so it dips low enough. If you lack friends, try asking groups doing Glavoid/Chloris.

Got it. Yes, I had to refuel martellos first. And thank god for Glavoid and the martello (#7?) up north :) It gets drained pretty quickly at times...
