I'm having trouble getting this quest started. I completed Bonds That Never Die before this quest was added and hadn't bothered to make an attempt to start this quest until a few days ago. Except now I can't start it.

I know I completed Bonds That Never Die because I had the reward from that turned into a Shofar. Any help or suggestions would be great.

A lot of the past quests are tied to the past missions. To get access to songbird in a snowstorm you have to complete fate in haze first which is WotG mission 26. You can see the mission/quest list here.
