How tdo you get mission 4 in Bastok?Follow

I read that you have to trade a guard a stack of crystals but it won't even let me trade anything to him. Do i just trade him the crystals used for synthesis? and how many is considered a stack? any help would be awesome. thank you

It's been a long time since I did this but I believe if you /trade any of the gate guards with an I.M. after his name you should be able to trade crystals to him. These are the same crystals used for crafting (i.e. Fire, Earth, etc.). I don't think you need to trade the crystals in full stacks (they stack to 12) but you will most likely need to trade at least one stack to open the next Rank of missions.

You have to trade the crystals to the same guard you get Signet from. NOT from the guard that provides your mission. this guard will have I.M. after his name.
