I am having trouble spawning Tottering Toby. I've been killing the Stalking Saplings in G-6 to G-7 for about 4 hours and he doesn't spawn. I've also tried killing the ones in the nearby squares as well. Does anyone have any tips for getting him to spawn? I would appreciate any information you can give.

FFxiclopedia suggests that it has also been spotted wandering in H-6. Are you using wide scan at all or do you just have a path between G-6 and G-7 that you're running?
