I haven't done any CoP missions in years and recently got around to helping a few LS members. Reading the wiki, someone mentioned this:

You now have MORE then 2 minutes to kill him instead of the normal 45.

He seems to have LESS then 7500 HP now.

Our DRG, BLM and SMN wiped the floor with him in 20 seconds flat with the DRG 2-hring Penta Thrust x2, BLM casts one Flare, SMN with one Inferno, one Fire II from the RDM and miscellaneous damage.

We Dry-Ran him first, got him to 20% before we wiped @ 1:45 after engage.

Conclusion: This guy's TW now, you can probably trio him easily.

Seems like a pretty huge nerf, any validity to this?

They halved his HP and greatly reduced his physical defense. They also made salts trigger in 1 second rather than 15, and let you carry more than 1 salt a person. He's a pussey now. But you still have 45 seconds without salts, the guy was entirely wrong about that. But since one guy can bring 20 salts, and they only take a second to go off, you have 30 minutes to win if you bring enough. (or 15, or whatever the limit on the burning circle is.)

Maybe if we wait long enough, he'll tell us about how he walked barefoot uphill through snow both ways in Uleregand and defeated the evil Snoll Tzar with nothing but a stack of pebbles. Men were men back then. Mithra were men, too, but they don't talk about that.

Mellowy is awesome, now.
I'm sorry. My hoovercraft is full of Summoners. As soon as I claim a thread, they just flood out and cover the whole place. Slippery suckers, those Summoners.
