Ok, so I have started doing Nyzule Isle with friends, but after my first 5 floors we exited via the rune of release. After doing this we realized that only the main person gained the 5 level memory. After a GM call the GM said we were missing something, and could not divulge anymore info. The only common denominator i could fine is that other than the leader the 5 of us didn't gain a runic disc, so my only explanation is we need to quest for a disc maybe? How do i get the rest of us to have access to the save ability on the runic Disks?

The "quest" for the runic disc involves talking to the thingy that lets you select the floor you go to, that lamp thing at the beginning room. That gives you a disc the first time you choose it. Until you have a disc, you can't record data on it, so next time you enter just check that thing to get your disc.

You must have a runic disc obtained from touching the Rune of Transfer in the lobby of Nyzul Isle.
After that then every member will have their discs upgraded when you clear 5 floors but you must all be on the same page in runic disc data. I.E if you clear floor 20 and they are at floor 5 they won't jump to floor 20.

I'm surprised the GM even went so far as to tell you that you were missing something. Usually they're like, completely mysterious (or clueless).
In any event, yes, you need to actually get a runic disc in order to save progress to it. Have each person get one in the Nyzul lobby.
