New WoTG Quest "A feast for gnats"Follow

Can anyone help me out, where is the (Start Button) for the next part of this quest.

I've walked around in Sauromogue Champaign (S) and cant seem to find where I start it.

If anyone can give me a run down with the least amount of spoilers that would be great.
