Lure of the wild cat Sandy help?Follow

Since i got the event items already i decided to done some quests in Bastok and Sandy before the event ends. Well I am wondering when you and how you can enter the Chateau d'Oraguille in Sandy so i can finish Sandy's Lure of the Wildcat quest leaving for when i get tehre just Jeauno's. Do i need more fame or certain outfit(besides the gloves) or do i need to talk to the guy that said to talk to the Mithra who made the gloves for me again?

I am just missing those in the Chateau.

You'll get access to the castle when you start your nation's 2-3 Mission.
