NPC Fellow armor change problem?Follow

For a couple week, I'm trying to upgrade my npc armor to lvl 11 bastok armor but it won't change equipment at all. Here what I been doing.

Here my current setup on my npc.
Body lvl 10 Sandy
Hand lvl 7 Sandy
Leg lvl 7 Bastok
Feet lvl 10 Sandy


First of all, I got 60k Fellow points to be able to lock my 4th pieces. Then I started to spam all my signal/tactic pearl in south gustaberg and kill only quadav for a couple day. After 2-3 days, it haven't change so I try to mix some kill. Sappling/quadav, Bird/lizard, lizard only. It never change after 2-3 weeks.

Before I upgrade the "Increase fashion advice limit", I didn't have problem at all to change my equipment. The proof is I made my leg to 7 Bastok before I decide to upgrade "Increase fashion advice limit". I already verify if I didn't lock leg by accident many time. I always lock body,hand,feet.

I wonder if anyone have the same problem as me?

Actually your fellow can get an armor update by killing mobs in started areas.

1. The nation type armor, must be higher >>> dominant in region.
2. also help if you kill mobs that have strong compatibility with nation.

......Windurst >>>> Yagudo >>> Wind Crystal
......San O'ria >>> Orcs >>>>> Fire Crystal
......Bastok >>>>>> Quadav >>> Water Crystal

Or something like that.

I had no idea they made a change on the equipment requirement on march update. Guess that could explain the problem. Right now I been trying to get 8000 fellow points and see if I can upgrade like that. This gonna take forever if I keep doing like that. I will try to kill max mobs (easy prey) with bastok dominant and see if it change anything. I will to wait next week cause most of the region are sandy and windy.

Have anyone know the new way to change our fellow equipment?

Actually i did & like i say, nation must be higer (Mayor) >>> Dominant in region, not to be in control.

I still not sure what are the new reuqeriments, but if you kill monsters in a place where your nation have high influence you can get an upgrade armor.

Example: few days ago i was killing Quadavs & Goblins in Rolanberry Fields Controled by Bastok, But Mayor-Dominant influence by Sandy & i Fellow armor go from bastok lv 6 to Sandy lv 1.

To Reaven: Yes South gustaberg are bastok dominant in the region everytime I call my npc.

To LuckerHex: I will try your methord later when my signal are ready. I doubt it change anything cause its is in same region and also Quadav supposed to give better "Element" than worm and spider. I post again when I try 2-3 times before I get to conclusion it work.

After some test i found (maybe im wrong)

1. you need to get some exp to get the change.
2. you need more than just full kills to get changes. im getting 1 change every 45+ kills on T+ mobs.

Again, im not sure! this is what I have experienced.
