my guess is that they just got them for the .dat's perhaps? if you notice, there's no info about completing any of the missions past 6.

on mission 6 as well. things i've tried.

talked to everyone in dutchy palace

went to talk to bastok president,,thought maybe i needed to

follow that guy when he told everyone to meet in jueno i didn't get anything in bastok.

went back and talked to naja and didn't get anything

BUT!!
one thing i went back and talked to that Cacaroon guy and got a cutscene this time instead of the 1 bronze piece he said something about 10's and hundered's.... dont know if this is part of the mission or something else still looking into.

That is for a quest called Two Horn the Savage. It has nothing to do with the mission.

Just one thing....

Heavy Iron Gate is at K-6 not K-7.....

Having same trouble with mission 3:

Party of 6 did an assault and won then we all went to Naja again.

3 people got CS for next mission about meeting with Raffiel and 3 did not.

3 that got cut scene had turned in supplies previous Earth day, 3 that did not get cutscene had not done staging point previous day.

I think this is pretty strong evidence of an Earth day wait from mission 3 to 4.

So do you need new supplies for the next staging area or can you just run to it?

put the link in the guide under mission 2, mission 6 info up, i got thrown into the CS as soon as it hit midnight so you just need to approach the audience chamber lol

yeah, but if he was landing in Mhaura while you were talking to him, by the time you get there he should be gone right? :P

didn't realize we lost key item :x maybe it is in Mhaura lol, just fill me in whenever anybody finds anything out. (the mission description kinda sounds like we have to wait another day and talk to Naja again -.-)

If you've seen Raiffelle in a CS with Naja, then talk to Cacaroon and lemme know what he says, maybe you've talked to him without knowing it.

Well, it is obvious you are supposed to talk to Naja after getting Raillefal's letter. Why else would she give you the silver piece and advance you to mission eight? Going to wait till the next game day and head to San d'Oria and see if I can get a cs with Raillefal there.

It seems that according to the .dat's that mission eight is the last mission until the next update. I certainly am glad about that.

'do lots of assault'?

well, that's what we thought for mission 3 as well and it turned out we just had to wait a day. i'm pretty convinced that other than mission 2 giving you access to assault, the ToAU missions and Assault missions are completely seperate.

which cutscene did you have to wait a day for? i'll put that in the guide.

Not true, as u do more assault mission ur rank in Al zahbi goes up, and naja's assisstant makes note of if u did any assault missions.

No, that's not it. I'm having the same problem and I've waited a full real life day and still can't get the cut scene. Cacaroon just gives me the same dialogue that he gives you after you pay him for the information on Two Horns (i.e. the Mamook comment - completely different quest; at this point I'm 100% confident that he has nothing to do with this mission), and won't even let me force feed him 1000 gil. I've spoken to the Mog Locker guy and even paid for mine. I've gone on a couple of assault missions. The only dialogue Naja gives me is about following the guy.

And last of all, I'm pretty sure that isn't the Astral Candescence. The guys in the temple at K-7 mention something that starts with a 'G', though I can't remember the name off the top of my head. iirc, the Candescence is kept in the Hall of Binding in Al Zahbi (not White Gate), and the Hall is sealed. Tried approaching the Hall anyway, though, without triggering any cutscenes.

I believe the word you are looking for that starts with a 'G' is Gordeus which is the item spinning in the main room of the temple.

Also, regarding the quest with Cacaroon, I started that quest way before I did the mission and it did not affect me in any way.

Cacaroon is definitely the right NPC. I just did this mission during my lunch break today and it worked exactly as described.
