cant play the game (was forum=82)Follow

Ok so i installed the game then i got pol:0512. i couldnt get past checking for updates let alone download them. Went to a friends and spent 12 hours downloading every thing. But when i get back to my house i cant play for 5 min. I play on xbox360 and i keep getting kicked off with the code pol:4001 then it kicks me off the pol interface with qnother pol:0512. I emailed SE and they said they couldnt help me. so i have a game im paying for that i really want to play but cant please help me.
