Reason for nomination: For his almost complete understanding of the game, his wild sense of humor, his alcoholism, and his willingness to explain the same thing over and over and over again without going into a clock tower and sniping people out of existence while screaming out random formulas. He's a galka, but we won't hold that against him.
After winning, he'll get a congratulatory pat on the back, a new pick axe, and a kick back down into the mines.
Posts containing crazy amounts of helpful information (unlike most of my own) for ages in the monk drg and sam forums.
Milich is pretty much the most prominant guy in the monk forums (and maybe a few others, although I really only frequent the dojo) and he is not only extremely helpful in giving advice, but he's also hilariously blunt. He frequently uses mathmatics (which are always spot on) to prove his points, and when stupid questions come up, he is the first one to offer a hilarious rebuttal. I don't know why I never see him post in the general forum, but if anyone deserves this award, I'd say it'd be him.
Depsite his continual disavowal of advanced mathematical skill, Milich knows and understands the mechanics of this game at a level that many players (including myself) can never reach. He spits out complicated formulas in a way that settles highly-debated (and frequently volatile) arguments with solid evidence in favor of one side of an argument, but never in a biased manner. He can admit when he is wrong, probably because he is confident that those moments will be few and far between anyway. He is a unadmitted scientist who seeks to unearth the truth about what the virtual world of vanadiel reallly is and how exactly it works.
Above and beyond his advanced knowledge about the game and his willingness to help other players by explaining some of the most difficult in-game concepts in a clear and convincing way, he has a unique, and entertaining writing style. He is funny, extremely intelligent, and his posts really communicate his message and character in a way that I am used to seeing in classical literature. I am not usually impressed by other people's writing (especially on a post of a video game forum) but Milich's posts remind me of some of the great Satirists of history like Jonathan Swift or Alexander Pope.
His posts give the regular visitors of your forums a chance to learn about the most intimate (and tedious) details of this game in the most entertaining way.
He is the kind of guy I would like to hang out with at a bar over a beer or two and talk about the deeper things in life.
(and no, I do not have a man-crush on him; I am happily engaged to a beautiful woman lol)

Reason for nomination: For being the final word in ANY Ranger discussion. His extensive testing with all things "Ranged Attack" related and his new research on Velocity Shot delay reduction earn him Ranger of the Year.
Constant provision of fact based information. Particularly with regard to hidden information within the game, that can only be found by pretty hardcore math,extensive testing, or data analysis. This for me has been extremely useful for my Ranger where most of our important stats are hidden.
