Any decent food has calories. You had a clean system and introduced too much greasy fat and MSG to it.
You should have gotten grilled chicken or steak. Maybe baked a potato and melted vegetarian cheese over it. What kind of vegetarian goes straight to fast food for a snack?

I haven't had pancakes in a long time, but they are my favorite breakfast food.
