Some of those mobs are kinda rough at lvl 50, even with 3 trusts. I don't think you can get 5 trusts yet. In my opinion sneak/invis find KI is much easier

The game has an update that you can check three ???s in each area to retrieve a key item that will fulfill what you need for the Limit Break quest. I don't know where
all of them are exactly so for those doing it the old fashioned way.

First the Exoray Mold in Crawler's Nest. You can buy it now instead of having to do the quest. There is the main map when you enter from Rolanberry fields and two
other maps. If you get to the map with Labyrinth Lizards. then you are in the wrong area.

Bomb Coal drops from Explosures in Grillage Citadel. There is a ??? near the enterance that allows you open the Banishing Gates by yourself. Past the first Banishing
Gate are two NMs, Old Two Wings and Skewer Sam. Past that place are several places to find explosures. Be careful because of Magic Aggro.

Finally there is the Lich Parchment or w/e its called from Lich. The best place to find Liches is to zone into Battalia downs from Beaucidene and then go into
one of the mounds that you can't reach otherwise: there are plenty of them there and it doesn't require you to mess with the Gates in Eldieme Necropolis (although
there is a key item that will let you open that yourself).

Any type of THF trust has TH; I used Lion II from the Rhapsoides of Vanadiel storyline, a level 50 with the basic 3 trusts can solo the NM that unlocks the Lion II
trust, and doing so gives you a permanent 60% exp bonus.
