New purchase update time?Follow

Hi there. I played this game for a very long time, right from launch to I think just after Aht Urghan was released. I've lost all my disks and account info over time, but for some reason I found myself coming back, buying another copy, and wanting to play a REAL video game again.

Here's my problem...
I'm on Cable Internet, and I installed this game last night. This morning I tried to launch it and saw the long-forgotten update screen. So I started it and headed to work. That was 8 hours ago, and it's only 18% complete. Is this really a 2 day update for full expansions?? I actually took the rest of the week off after Remembrance Day tomorrow so I could have some chill time with it.....hope that wasn't in vain

Yeah, Szabo covered it. Assuming you got the most recent collector's edition, you're still a couple years behind on overall updates. I know the waiting game sucks, but hopefully the update traffic will fizzle down soon. Just some bad timing on your end.
