Hi ..I finished the quest to get the Ciphur...got cs w/dead father ...and statement "You have now got "Mumor Cipher II...but did not show up in my inventory???
B4 this I had received the Mumor Ciphur butdid ot activate it...so I activated it and tried for II again several times..everything was successful, but only getting the junk and not Ciphur II...any help is much appreciated ..thank you

It is from this year's Mumor event for summerfest. The one where you clap and dance along with her. You'll have to do it once to get the outfit, and I think then get a perfect score at the end sequence on a later cycle to get the CS and new trust. I think that was the requirement; I botched one repeat (missed one dance) and didn't get it, then did perfect on the next one and got.
